In Sovica, go to Clinic settings, open Apps and integrations in the sidebar, then find and connect Slack. Pick your Slack workspace and click Allow to finish setup.

Once connected, tag @sovica in any channel or DM in Slack to Ask Sovica. The app for Slack only sees basic information for channels it’s invited to, can’t read existing messages, and keeps clinical notes out of Slack.
