Every change on the record, by design

Clinical records need to answer two questions at any time: who changed this, and who could see it. In Sovica those answers are built into every feature from the first line of code.

An audit trail that only grows

Every change to business data writes an audit event in the same transaction as the change itself. The audit log is append-only: events can be read, never edited or deleted.

You only see what you can do

Every action in Sovica checks a named permission on the server. The app hides buttons, menu items and setup tiles the signed-in person cannot use, so the screen matches what they are allowed to do.

Patient details stay out of the plumbing

• No patient details in logs, error reports or page addresses.
• Background jobs carry ids and encrypted tokens only.
• Errors come back with a stable code, so the app can explain them in your language.

Money in every currency

Amounts are stored as whole minor units with their currency (cents or pence), never as floating-point numbers, so an invoice in dollars, pounds or euros adds up to the penny.
