Get paid for all the work, without typing it twice

Table of Contents

A claim is done when it’s paid, not when it’s sent. Practices paid by insurers lose hours to retyping, hold music and matching payments by hand, and some work never gets billed at all. The Claims agent carries each claim to the end.

From the note to the money

  • Codes come from the note.
  • Each insurer’s rules get checked before anything is sent.
  • Clean claims go out, and remittance comes back in.
  • Payments are compared with the agreed fee, and shortfalls get flagged.
  • Denials get chased with source-cited appeals for you to sign.

Wrong claims in your name

That’s the fear we hear about most, and it’s reasonable. So claim submission usually starts on Approve: the agent queues the work with its reason and source, and your biller sends it. Billers keep the denials that need judgment.
