How Ask Sovica answers questions about your clinic
Sovica team Product
Most clinic questions already have an answer somewhere in the data. How many new patients booked a consultation last month? Which treatments are rebooked most often? Who is due a review? Finding out usually means an export, a spreadsheet and an afternoon.
Ask Sovica lives behind ⌘K. You type the question in plain words and get an answer with the tables it came from.
It builds reports, not guesses
Ask Sovica does not read raw tables. It answers by building report definitions (the same ones you can build by hand in Reports), running them, and reading the result. The model reads up to 100 rows of each report and asks for a summary when it needs more.
Under the answer you see the last three tables it ran, ten rows each, so you can check the working and open the full report.
Your permissions, not more
Every report runs as the person who asked. A receptionist who cannot see revenue reports will not get revenue in an answer, and every query stays inside your clinic. Ask Sovica is read-only: it never changes a booking, a record or a price.
One question, one use
Each question counts as one AI use. If the model declines a request, the use is refunded. Every use is recorded with the model and the prompt version, so an answer can always be traced back to what produced it.
What’s next
The same report engine sits behind dashboards and the custom reports you build by hand, so an answer from Ask Sovica and a report on your screen always agree.
