Introducing the autonomy dial

Sovica team Product

Table of Contents

Some owners want the job gone. Others feel automation that hides its controls as a loss, not a gift. The dial lets one product serve both, per agent and per clinic.

Five settings

  • Off. The agent does nothing. A typical start for prescribing decisions and diagnoses.
  • Draft. It prepares the work and leaves it where you’ll find it. Patient messages in week one, appeals, clinical letters.
  • Approve. It queues the work with reason and source, and one tap sends it. Recall messages, claim submissions, refunds.
  • Auto with exceptions. It does the routine work and passes anything outside the rules to a named person. Booking, reminders, form sending, posting remittances.
  • Auto. It does the work and reports in the morning brief. Confirmations, stock counts.

Who’s on the hook

Each setting answers that question plainly: the person who sends it, the approver, or the clinic’s rules plus the exception owner. If you’re asking who is responsible when the AI gets it wrong, this is where the answer lives, and the audit log shows who did what.

Autonomy gets earned

Sovica shows each agent’s track record on your clinic’s own work, then suggests moving the dial. You decide. And some things never sit on the dial at all: the rules our agents can’t move.
