Overview
Reach Sovica from ChatGPT, the tool you already have open, for the work of running your clinic. The Sovica connector brings the patient record into ChatGPT so you can prep for your next consult, draft the aftercare email, and see who’s due without leaving the chat.
Ask a question and get an answer from your live clinic. Need a recall email in your own words, a summary of a call, or a read on a patient before a consult? ChatGPT pulls the context from Sovica and drafts it with you, and you decide what goes out.
ChatGPT reads the live record, so every answer is today’s clinic, not last month’s export. And because your Sovica permissions carry over, ChatGPT only sees what you can see, and every change is logged. No patient data leaves for an outside assistant without your clinic’s setup.
How it works
Once connected, ChatGPT can:
- Research patients and visits, like "Tell me everything we know about Maya Chen and who she sees here."
- Draft the recall, like "Write a recall email to Noah Kim based on his last consult notes."
- Summarise calls and consults, like "Summarise the key points from my last three consults with Ava Brooks."
- Prep for consults, like "Give me a brief on Sam Rivera before his visit tomorrow, including recent activity and open treatment plans."
- Search your enquiries, like "Which new enquiries about skin treatments are still waiting on a reply?"
- Log notes and tasks, like "Add a note to Maya Chen saying she prefers mornings, and create a follow-up task for next Tuesday."
- Surface insights from calls, like "What pricing worries have come up in my recent call recordings?"
