Overview

Reach Sovica from Claude, the tool you already have open, for the work of running your clinic. The Sovica connector brings the patient record into Claude so you can prep for the next consult, draft the follow-up, and keep every next step current as you go.

Ask a question and get an answer from your live clinic. Decide what happens next, and Claude takes it from there. Look up a patient, see who’s overdue, summarise a consult, log a note, create a task, move a booking forward, pull together a treatment review, or find who hasn’t signed, all from one conversation.

Claude reads the live record, so every answer is today’s clinic, not last month’s export. And because your Sovica permissions carry over, Claude only sees what you can see, and every change is logged. No patient data leaves for an outside assistant without your clinic’s setup.

How it works

Once connected, Claude can:

  • Look up patients and visits, like "Find everyone booked with Dr. Ortiz this week and show me who hasn’t signed their forms."
  • Search and filter your enquiries, like "Show me all new enquiries about physio still waiting on a reply."
  • Log activity and notes, like "Log a note on Maya Chen’s record summarising today’s consult. She’s interested in a six-session course."
  • Manage tasks, like "Create a follow-up task for next Tuesday to send the treatment plan to Noah Kim."
  • Tap into Consult Intelligence, like "Search my recent call recordings for any worries about pricing."
  • Pull visit history, like "What’s our full history with Sam Rivera? Show me all notes, messages and visits."
  • Update records, like "Update the stage for Ava Brooks to 'Treatment plan' and set the review date to the end of Q2."

Configure

To activate the Sovica connector in Claude:

  1. Go to claude.ai. Log in if not already done.
  2. In the side navigation, select Customize.
  3. Choose Connectors
  4. Add connector (the + icon)
  5. Search for Sovica and click on + on the connector.
  6. You’ll be redirected to Sovica. Choose your clinic and press Confirm access.
  7. Claude can now connect to Sovica.
