The right consent goes out with the booking and comes back signed before the patient arrives. Nothing gets chased at check-in.
How it works
- Install Consent forms from your Sovica workspace.
- Choose what it reads and what it can write back.
- Use it in workflows, sequences and agents, with everything on the patient record.
Configure
- Install the app.
- Click Connect and sign in to Consent forms.
- Approve the access request.
