Patients fill in their history and allergies from their phone. Your practitioner sees it on the chart and changes get flagged.
How it works
- Install Medical history from your Sovica workspace.
- Choose what it reads and what it can write back.
- Use it in workflows, sequences and agents, with everything on the patient record.
Configure
- Install the app.
- Click Connect and sign in to Medical history.
- Approve the access request.
