Overview
Call from the patient record and catch every inbound call in the same queue as your messages. Missed calls come back as a reply, not a voicemail.
How it works
- Install Twilio Voice from your Sovica workspace.
- Choose what it reads and what it can write back.
- Use it in workflows, sequences and agents, with everything on the patient record.
Configure
- Install the app.
- Click Connect and sign in to Twilio Voice.
- Approve the access request.
