Treatment notes and charting
Chart treatments, sign notes and add addenda.
Treatment notes list one note per visit, with its template, whether it’s draft or signed, and who signed it and when.
A clinic with no treatment template of its own gets a standard SOAP note, with aftercare, an injection chart and a required practitioner signature.
