- Lost enquiry summary
Let AI help summarise your lost enquiry.
Set up a workflow that uses AI to outline each lost lead and show you what your clinic keeps missing.
Setup guide
Overview
One lost enquiry is a shrug. Twenty in a channel is a pattern. AI reads the enquiry’s record and history, writes what happened in a sentence or two, and posts it where your team talks.
Prerequisites
These are the pieces we suggest having ready before you switch this workflow on. Your clinic may set things up differently, so treat the list as a guide.
- A Leads pipeline that includes:
Loststage for closed enquiries
- Slack connected to Sovica
How to use this template
Once it opens, you’ll see the blocks joined up in order.
- The Lead stage changed trigger opens the workflow. A run starts whenever a lead moves from one stage to another, on the board or on the record. Choose your Leads pipeline and its stage field here, so that every move your front desk makes gets checked by the next block in the flow.
- The Condition block settles which moves count. Most stage changes are ordinary progress, so set the rule to carry on only when the new stage is Lost, and the rest end here. If one location or one treatment is what you want to study, add it as a second rule and the channel stays focused.
- The Summarise record block is where AI comes in. It works from the lead’s record, its messages and its call notes, and writes to your prompt. Name exactly what you want pulled out, as this is what your team will read, for example:
In one sentence: what {Record} asked for, why they did not book, and who followed up. - The Send Slack Message block posts the result to the channel you choose. Put the
{Summary}variable from the step above into the message, and add the owner’s name if you want it attached.
