Overview

Memberships are the income you can plan around, so it’s worth seeing them change. AI writes who moved, from which plan to which, and what it means for the month, then posts it to your team.

Prerequisites

These are the pieces we suggest having ready before you switch this workflow on. Your clinic may set things up differently, so treat the list as a guide.

How to use this template

Once it opens, you’ll see the blocks joined up in order.

  1. The Membership updated trigger runs when a patient’s plan changes in any way: an upgrade, a downgrade or a pause. Choose the plans you want to follow, so a one-off course doesn’t add noise. A new plan or a cancellation counts as a change as well, so add a rule if you only want the moves between plans.
  2. The Summarise record block uses AI to write up the change. Say which details matter to you, and an example prompt would be:
In one sentence: which plan {Record} left, which plan they moved to, the change in monthly income, and how long they have been a member.
  3. The Post message to channel block shares the {Summary} with your team. Choose the channel where whoever watches recurring income will see it, and add a link to the patient’s record for anyone who wants the full history.
