Send emails, texts and internal alerts from a workflow, filled in with the patient’s details.

What you will learn

Choose the action
Use Send Email or Send SMS for patients, and Send Internal Email for your team.
Personalise it
Insert fields from the record, so each message reads as written for that patient.
Respect opt-ins
Set the Message Type to Marketing, and the message goes only to patients who opted in.
