Scan products at the till

What each tab of the Stock page shows, from low-stock warnings to deliveries and transfers.
Run a partial stock count

Cancel a count in progress
Throw away a count that isn't finished, leaving your stock levels exactly as they were.
Void a completed count
Reverse a finished count and every stock change it made, when the numbers turn out wrong.
Scan products during a count
Add to your counted quantities with a barcode scanner, one scan for each item you pick up.
Set up a barcode scanner
Connect a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner and test that Sovica reads it, with no setup screen.
Track batches, doses and expiry
Watch what's left in each batch and which vials are close to expiry, across all your locations.
Receive part of an order
Record what arrived when a delivery is short, and leave the rest open for the next delivery.
Delete a purchase order
Remove an order raised in error, and undo any stock it added. This can't be undone afterward.
Record batches when receiving
Enter batch numbers and expiry dates as a delivery arrives, so each batch is tracked from day one.
Transfer products between locations
Move stock from one clinic to another, and keep a record of what was sent and received.
