Tour the Stock page
What each tab of the Stock page shows, from low-stock warnings to deliveries and transfers.
Stock gathers your stock work on one page. Which tabs you see depends on your permissions.
Overview: a banner suggests reorders when items run low. Tiles count All items, Out of stock, Low stock and Arriving soon, with charts for Stock movements and Purchase orders.
Inventory: your stock counts, with New Count.
Movement: each change to stock, filterable by product, type, location and date. Adjust stock corrects a quantity with a reason.
Orders: purchase orders by status: All, Open, Processing, Paused, Received and Completed.
Transfers: stock moved between locations.
Batch Management: remaining volume, doses and expiry for each batch.
Use 7, 30 or 90 days to change the period on the Overview.
