Order and receive stock
Build a purchase order and log what arrives.
Go to Stock, open the Orders tab and click Create a new order. Choose how to start:
Build from scratch starts with an empty order, and you pick every product.
Suggest for me fills the order from low and empty stock.
You can also click Auto-build on the low-stock banner in the Overview tab.
Place the order
Add products to the Order cart and adjust the quantities. Assign a supplier to any product that lacks one, then review and place the order. You get one order per supplier, and each can be emailed to its supplier.
Receive the delivery
Open the order and click Receive Order.
Check the quantities, which start at everything still outstanding. Change them if only part arrived.
For batch-tracked products, enter the batch number and expiry printed on the pack.
Received items add to your stock, and the movement appears on the Movement tab as Order Received.
