Create a product
Add an item you sell, use or inject.

Every item you track starts as a product. Go to Products and click New Product to open the Create Product form. Create stays disabled until the product has a name.
General
Add the Name, plus Barcode and SKU if you use them.
Choose a Category and how the product is measured under Measure.
Turn on Batch tracking if you need batch numbers and expiry dates.
Pick a Supplier name so the product can go on orders.
Pricing
Enter the Cost price and Retail price, and choose a Default tax rate.
Inventory levels
Set a Minimum stock level and Maximum stock level. Items at or below the minimum count as low stock, the team gets a notification, and the item appears in the reorder banner on the Stock page.
