Scan products at the till
Add items to a sale with a barcode scanner rather than searching the catalogue by hand.

A scanner needs to be connected, and each product needs its Barcode field filled in.
Start a sale from Create and choose the patient.
Click into the search field in the cart area.
Scan the product.
Each scan adds the product to the cart. Scan again to add another, or change the quantity in the cart.
If nothing happens, check the barcode on the product matches the pack. You can test by typing the number into Search by product name or barcode on Products.
