Deactivate a product
Take a product out of use while keeping its history, and bring it back whenever you need to.

Products can't be deleted, because past sales and stock movements refer to them. Making one inactive takes it out of use.
Open the product from Products.
Turn off the Active switch at the top of the form.
Click Save.
It no longer appears at the till, on orders or in counts. To use it again, turn the switch back on.
