Run a partial stock count

Count just some categories, such as one shelf or supplier, rather than your whole stock.

A partial count checks part of your stock, which is useful for a spot check between full stocktakes.

Go to Stock, open Inventory and click New Count.
Under What are you counting?, choose Retail, Consumables or Injectables.
Check the Count Name and Selected Location.
Under Count scope, choose Partial count and pick the categories.
Click Start count.

Products outside your scope keep their current levels when you complete the count.
