NABIDH: errors and delivery statuses

What each delivery status means, and who can fix each kind of failure.

Statuses

Queued: waiting to send.
Processing: on its way.
Succeeded: accepted.
Failed (retrying): will try again by itself.
Failed: stopped trying, so it needs you.

Where a message can stop

Sovica’s own checks: a required detail is missing. Fix the record.
The connection: a credentials or network problem. Check the connector with Test connection.
The health authority: the message was rejected. Read Reason and the response, then correct the value.
