Scan an Emirates ID
Fill in a new patient’s details from a photo of their Emirates ID.

For clinics in the United Arab Emirates, scanning saves typing at the front desk and captures the ID number accurately.
This appears only when your business country is the United Arab Emirates.
Set up
Create custom fields for the Emirates ID number and nationality, so the scan has somewhere to save them.
Scan
Start a new patient and click Emirates ID.
Take or upload a clear photo of the card.
Check the name, gender, date of birth and ID number it filled in.
Save the patient.
If a scan fails, retake the photo in better light with the whole card in the frame, or type the details in by hand.
