Choose your compliance controls
See which security and record-keeping controls are on, and pick the ones your clinic commits to.
Go to Setup, then Business Details, and click Compliance. Controls are grouped by the framework each one supports: US privacy, GDPR, CQC and NF525.
Filter to see one framework, or all controls.
Read each control's description before you turn it on.
Check the summary, which counts the controls you have on. Controls marked Not enforced yet aren't counted.
Some controls are Always on and can't be switched off, such as unique user accounts, multi-factor authentication and the full patient record audit log.
Turning on controls doesn't make your clinic compliant with a regulation, and isn't a certification. Check your obligations with your own adviser.
