Create important fields
Flag key patient details so they appear at the top of the card and in search results.

Go to Setup, then Fields.
Click ⋯ on the field and choose Edit, or create a new one.
Under Field Properties, turn on Important.
Save.
When you fill in the field on a patient card, its value appears above the photo. It's also shown next to their name in search, and the field becomes available in Advanced search.
