Create a location
Add a clinic site and set its hours and staff.
Each location has its own address, opening hours, staff and booking settings. Go to Setup, then Locations, to see them all.
Create Location is grayed out once you reach the number under Allowed Locations, which comes from your subscription.
Add a location
Click Create Location.
On General, enter the Location name, Phone and email, and pick a Location colour.
Turn on This location accepts appointment bookings and This location accepts online bookings as needed.
Add the address on Location, then assign people on Employees.
Set times on Opening Hours and payment options on Payment.
Click Save.
Deactivate a location
Open the location and switch Active off at the top. A dialog lists what still points at this location and lets you choose where each item moves under Move everything to. You can switch the location back on later.
