Delete a custom field
Archive fields you no longer need, with 90 days to change your mind before they go.
Table of Contents
Go to Setup, then Fields.
Click ⋯ on the field's row and choose Archive.
Confirm.
Archived fields can be restored within 90 days. After that, they are deleted automatically.
