Assign price lists to an insurer
Apply agreed prices automatically when an insurer pays.

Linking a list to an insurer means billing them uses the agreed prices.
Link it
Go to Setup, open Price Lists and choose Edit from the row’s Actions.
Open When it applies.
Under Issued to, choose the insurer.
Save.
If the insurer is not listed, add it as a third party first.
