Connect Randox or VHL
Link your lab portal and order tests from the patient card.

UK clinics can connect Randox Health and Viva Health Laboratories using the clinic’s own portal sign-in.
Before you start
Have your provider number, username and password for the lab’s portal.
Check that the patient has a date of birth and sex on their record.
Connect
Go to Setup, open Labs and find the lab under Available integrations.
Click Configure now and enter your details.
Click Check connection.
Map your tests and save.
Order
On the patient card, create a lab request and choose the lab. Sovica places the order and prints the lab’s form for the sample.
