Create a service charge

Add fixed or percentage fees to your services, so charges are clear and calculated for you.

Table of Contents

Go to Setup, then Services, and click Service Charges.
Click New Charge.
On General, enter the Name, Description and Category.
On Pricing, choose a fixed amount or percentage, and how it applies, such as Auto Apply.
Click Create.

Check local law first. In the UK and EU, you can't pass payment processing fees on to patients.
