Set service pricing and duration
Set prices, appointment length and special rates.
Each service has a default price and length, with optional rules on top. Open the service from Setup, Services and go to the Pricing tab.
Price and time
Enter the Default price, and a Cost price if you track margin.
Set the Duration. Click Add extra time for Processing time or Blocked time, which also counts toward the appointment length.
Choose a Tax rate, or No tax.
Charge by quantity
Click Pricing Rules to charge per unit, syringe, vial, mL or length of time instead of a flat price. Pick a rule, then set it up in the second step.
Special pricing
Open Special Pricing to set a different price or duration for each employee, and prices for each location, price list or third party. A team member's special price replaces the default at booking and checkout.
Deposits
Use Payment Policy to follow your Company policy, or ask for a fixed deposit or full payment.
