Troubleshoot AI notes on the mobile app

Fix missing AI options, silent recordings and notes that do not appear.

It is not showing

Update the app from the App Store.
Use a treatment form with a long answer field. AI has nowhere to write without one.

It is not recording

Allow microphone access under the app’s entry in your device Settings.
Check nothing is covering the microphone and no other app is using it.
Close and reopen the app.

No note after recording

Check your connection. Processing needs one during and after recording.
Check your clinic has credits.
Record again if it failed. Failed drafts are refunded.
