Add a salutation to a lead
Show the right title next to a lead's name, for use on the card and in your messages.
Table of Contents
Open the lead card and hover over the name.
Click the + next to it.
Pick the salutation and click Save.
The title now shows beside the name. Your list of salutations is kept in Setup.
