Upload documents to a lead
Keep quotes, referral letters and other files on the lead card with the rest of the record.
Table of Contents
Open the lead card and click the blue + at the bottom right.
Choose Documents.
Add the file from your device and save.
Documents go with the lead when you convert them to a patient.
