Convert a lead into a patient

Turn a won lead into a patient record.

When a lead books or buys, mark them as won. They leave the pipeline and become a patient, and their activities come with them.

Mark the lead as won

Open the lead from the board or list.
Click Mark As Won.
Choose Create a new client from this lead, or Link to an existing client and search for the record.
Confirm in the dialog.

A message confirms the lead is now a patient.

You need permission to convert leads. Without it, Mark As Won doesn't appear.

After converting

The lead record now shows Book Appointment, so you can go straight to the calendar with the patient already picked. If you marked the lead by mistake, use Reopen on the same record.
