Manage lead lost reasons
Keep the list of reasons consistent, so your lost lead reports show useful patterns.

Go to Setup, then Lead Lost Reasons. Your own reasons sit above a locked set of defaults that can't be changed.
Change your list
Click Add reason, type it and save.
Click Edit to rename a reason.
Drag a reason by its handle to change its order.
Click Delete to stop offering it. Leads that already used it keep it.
Each reason can appear only once.
