Read the board, switch between pipelines, and move leads from stage to stage.

The board shows one pipeline at a time. Each stage is a column, and each lead is a card.
Why use more than one pipeline
By treatment: consultation enquiries and laser enquiries can follow different steps.
By location: each clinic's team works its own enquiries.
By source: compare how referrals, website enquiries and social media convert.
Using the board
Switch pipelines with the selector next to Leads. Your choice is remembered.
Drag a card to another column, or use Move to in its menu.
Click Display to change card density and choose what cards show.
