Create a family membership

Cover several people under one plan with a single payment and perks they all share.

A family plan puts a household on one subscription. One person, the holder, pays, and everyone on it shares the perks.

Build the plan

Create a plan under Setup, Memberships.
On the Basics step, set Membership Type to Family.
Enter the Minimum members.
Add perks and pricing as usual, then click Finish.

Add the family

Sell the plan to the holder from their Financials tab.
On their membership card, click Add family member and choose the patient.
To take someone off, use the remove action beside their name and confirm.

Family members show a badge at checkout, so your team can see they are covered.
