Create a fixed-term membership

Bill a set number of payments and let the plan end by itself, with nothing to cancel by hand.

A fixed-term plan suits a course with a clear end, such as twelve weeks of treatment paid in three monthly charges.

Set it up

Create the plan under Setup, Memberships, and add its perks on the Basics step.
On the Payments step, set the Amount and how often it charges under Recurring.
Under Payment plan, choose Fixed.
Enter the Number of charges.
Check the Payment schedule in the preview, then click Finish.

After the last charge the membership closes without any action from you. It then shows as expired on the patient card.
