Create a free-of-charge membership
Give selected patients real perks without billing them, for VIP tiers or staff plans.

A free plan gives perks without a charge, so it works well for VIP tiers, staff or rewarding your best patients.
Set it up
Create a plan under Setup, Memberships, and add its perks on the Basics step.
On the Payments step, set the Amount to 0.
Turn off Allow online purchases in Membership options if you only want to give it out yourself.
Click Finish.
Give it to a patient
Sell it from the patient's Financials tab with Sell membership, just like a paid plan. Nothing is charged at sign-up or later.
