Use a membership at checkout

Apply a patient's free sessions, credit and discounts when you take payment at the till.

When a patient with an active membership reaches the till, Sovica shows what they have available.

Start the sale, or click Checkout on their appointment.
A member window lists each plan with its included services and what is left of them.
Add the items to the cart. Covered services drop to no charge, and discount perks apply by themselves.
At the payment step, use membership credit if the plan includes it.
Complete the sale.

A fully covered visit still creates an invoice, for zero, so the visit stays on the patient's record. Each use comes off their allowance.

If nothing shows, check the membership is Active and that the service is one of its perks.
