Tour the membership dashboard
Read your recurring revenue, plan performance and members in one place, and act on failed payments.
Open Memberships under Clients for an overview of how your plans are doing.
What it shows
Membership totals: Monthly recurring revenue, Active subscribers, Subscriber churn rate and ARPU, which is average revenue per member.
Plan performance: MRR and Members for each plan.
The member table: Member, Plan, Status, Payment method, Total spend, Payments, Last payment and Joined.
Act on what you see
Search by name or email, or filter by status and plan.
Click a member to open Member detail, with their Lifetime value, Next renewal and Recent payments.
When payments have failed, click Review queue to open the Dunning queue. It lists everyone affected in the last 7 days.
