Delete a membership plan
Remove a plan you no longer sell, and what happens to the patients who are still on it.

Deleting takes a plan off your list so nobody else can join it.
Go to Setup and open Memberships.
Click More actions on the plan and choose Delete.
If patients are still on the plan, cancel their memberships first.
Confirm Delete membership?
Past memberships stay visible on the patient cards of the people who held them, so your records stay complete.
If you might bring the plan back, set it to inactive with the Active switch in the builder instead.
