Describe what you want to know in plain English, then fine-tune the result in the report builder.

Table of Contents

  • Click Build a custom report, then Create with AI.

  • Ask a question such as "How many appointments did each service have in the last 30 days?"

  • Check the answer.

  • Click Open in report builder to adjust and save it.

Always check the filter sentence, so you know what's been counted.
