Find patients with nothing booked, then invite them back before they drift away.

Open Analytics, Clients, then Clients without upcoming appointments.
The default filter is Next appointment (days) at 0 or less. Add Last visit (days) to focus on a period. Export the list for calls, or use a workflow.
