Open Leads report
Review your active pipeline by stage, owner and time since the last contact.
Table of Contents
Open Analytics, Clients, then Open Leads.
It filters on Lead Status "Open" and Lead Created "this year". Change the chart to see stage or owner. Stale leads show a long time since last contact.
