Follow revenue month by month, and see which months are ahead of or behind the others.

This report tracks your sales by month. Open Analytics, then Sales & Finance.
It shows sales trends for your chosen period, split by location where needed. Use it for monthly reviews, and export it for your accountant.
If you see "This page isn't enabled for your clinic", ask your account manager about turning it on. Revenue by raised invoices gives similar totals in the meantime.
