New: first visit in the period.
Returning: 2 to 5 visits, active.
Loyal: 6 or more visits, or £1k or more.
Lapsed: no visit for 180 days or more.
Reactivated: lapsed at the start, visited in the period.
One-and-done Rate shows new patients with no second visit.
