Read the Business Snapshot

See how your whole clinic is doing on one page.

The Business Snapshot brings your key figures together, month by month, in one table. Open Analytics, choose the Business tab and click Business Snapshot Report.

Set what you are looking at

Use the date button, which starts on This Month, to choose a period.
Use the location filter to pick All Locations or just some of them.
Choose Accrual or Cash to set how sales are counted.
Turn on Compare periods to see the change against an earlier period.
Click Run to refresh the figures.

Read the sections

Figures are grouped into sections such as FUNNEL, CLIENTS RETENTION, ONLINE BOOKINGS, CLIENT SATISFACTION and CAPACITY AND UTILISATION. Click a section header to open or close it.

Check a number

Help explains what each section shows and how each figure is worked out. Print gives you a copy for a team meeting.
