Save a standard report as custom
Keep your filters and columns by making your own copy of a built-in report.

Open the standard report.
Open More options and choose Clone.
Sovica creates "<name> Copy" and opens it in the builder.
Adjust it and click Save Report.
Your copy appears under My reports, and in its category.
